Your training is designed specifically for you , according to your abilities and objectives, taking into account the principle of overall balance.  We will travel to you at your convenience, to your home, work, gym. We can work in indoor or outdoor environments, using various training methods and equipment.  We can work with you hand in hand or create a program for you to work from on your own in between the sessions with your trainer.  All we need is some commitment from you, and we endeavor to help you with that too. 

 

Forward Fitness is the business of  Lilli Underwood, providing personal training and group exercise services.  Lilli Underwood has been actively involved in fitness, health and wellbeing for some years.  She has experience in working with the young and the old.  She is able to adapt to working with all varying levels of fitness and ability, working for progress toward the objectives and for general wellbeing and better quality of life.  She has studied a range of related subjects from hypnotherapy and relaxation, to exercise to music and weightlifting, more recently specialising in exercise for older adults.
